PayPal only. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay, if you are using a credit card, as Paypal is simply the gateway to processing your card payments. All information is confidential with Paypal and is never seen by me or any third–party. Please complete payment within 24 hours. If you have any problems with Paypal, or wish to pay later, please let me know, otherwise I will cancel orders for which payment has not been received after 72 hours.
Worldwide shipping available. I will ship to the address in your PayPal account. If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address (maybe for a gift) you will need to let me know in the message section. Please double check the address you provide is correct. Buyer error is not cause for a refund. Review your address fully before submitting your order. If your items are returned to sender, you will need to pay for postage again.
All items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. I do not ship during weekends or (national) holidays. Rates of shipping can be found when you put things in your cart. The standard shipping fee does NOT include a tracking number or ensured shipping. If you want a tracking number or ensured shipping then choose the additional shipping option under the normal shipping cost. The extra cost for tracking number is already included to shipping costs for such countries as Russia, China, HK, Romania, Latin America. It’s because I had already experience with lost mail there.
Delivery time, once shipped
EU Countries: 5-10 business days to arrive. Non-EU Countries: 10-20 business days, up to 3 weeks Rest of the world: 10–20 days up to 6 weeks Delays in posting can occur due to customs checks. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs, your local postal office or any national holiday. The given delivery times are based on previous experiences during a non-holiday period. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or custom fees that might occur.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched any time and you will be fully refunded using the payment method that was originally used in the transaction. When the product is broken, missing or not as you desired, please contact me. A product is stated missing if it hasn't arrived after 30 days after the product is shipped. You have 14 days to inform me about damage, missing packages or any other reason why you desire a refund.
If you are not pleased with your purchase:
- contact me to state that you want to send your purchase back to me within 14 days after reception of your package. Don't send anything back without informing me about it.
- return your item(s) unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days after reception.
- if you exceed the 14 days limit, there will be no refund
- I will refund your purchase, shipping costs included within 14 days counting from the day you send me a proof of return shipping to me. If you don't send me a proof I will wait for the package to arrive and refund you within 14 days after reception of the returned package
- I will not refund special shipping costs that were made on your request and that differ from my standard shipping.
- the costs for return shipping is paid for by buyer. These costs will not be refunded.
I do not accept returns on customized items or items on sale. I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to me. So if they get lost I will not take responsibility for them (hence not refund you). If your purchase comes back unclaimed I can either refund you excluding the shipping costs or resent it after you have paid me the shipping again. Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that as with all jewelry, handle my pieces with care. All my pieces were made from wool felt or other textile, so please be sure not to make them wet or wear on wet (snow/rain) weather. Avoid spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery. Please do not keep the items on direct sunlight, some beads and sequins might loose the color. It’s better to keep the items with metal elements ( chains, charms, etc.) in the bag in dry, dark place, to prevent the color change. If you are happy with my work, feedbacks and modeled pictures are very much appreciated! If you agree, I can place your modeled pictures on this web site and my instagram account. If you like any piece, that I have already sold and if I can remake it then you can order it from me. It might take 3-5 days to make one item + time for delivery. Payment arrangement for custom orders will be 50% of total price before work is begun. The remaining 50% must clear before item is shipped.
